At Dharm Resorts, we strive to offer flexibility and convenience to our guests. This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which you can cancel your booking and receive a refund.
1. Cancellation by Guest
If you wish to cancel your reservation, you must notify us directly through the contact information provided on the booking confirmation page or email. The cancellation terms are as follows:
- Standard Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled check-in time will incur a no Refund.
- Cancellations made before & days of the scheduled check-in time will result in 50% cancellation charges (the entire booking amount will be charged).
- There is No Refund of the booking amount
- Non-Refundable Bookings:
- For special discounted rates or non-refundable bookings, cancellations are not allowed, and the booking amount is non-refundable.
2. Modification of Booking
If you wish to modify your booking (change dates or type of accommodation), please contact us at least 24 hours before check-in. Modifications are subject to availability, and additional charges may apply depending on the changes requested. If the requested modification is not possible, you may choose to cancel your booking based on the cancellation policy mentioned above.
3. Refund Process
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of booking. The processing time for refunds may vary based on the payment gateway and financial institutions involved. Refunds typically take 7-10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Partial Refund: If your cancellation qualifies for a partial refund, the amount will be refunded after deducting the applicable cancellation fees as per the above-mentioned terms.
- Full Refund: If a booking is canceled within the allowed time frame and is eligible for a full refund, the entire booking amount will be refunded.
4. No-Show Policy
If you do not show up for your booking without prior cancellation, your booking will be considered as a no-show, and you will be charged for the full amount of the reservation (100% of the booking amount).
5. Cancellation by Dharm Resorts
Dharm Resorts reserves the right to cancel or modify a booking in the rare event of unforeseen circumstances or issues beyond our control, such as maintenance issues, natural disasters, or legal requirements. In such cases, you will be offered the following options:
- A full refund of the booking amount.
- An alternative accommodation of similar value (subject to availability).
- Rescheduling the booking to a later date (subject to availability).
6. Force Majeure
Dharm Resorts will not be held responsible for any cancellations, delays, or refunds due to unforeseen events such as natural disasters, strikes, terrorism, or any other force majeure event beyond our control. In such cases, we will assist in rescheduling the booking based on availability.
7. Refund Exceptions
Certain booking types, such as promotional or non-refundable rates, may not be eligible for refunds under any circumstances. Please review the terms and conditions of your specific booking during the reservation process for detailed information.
