At Dharm Resorts, we aim to ensure that your experience is seamless from the moment you make a booking with us until your stay at our resort. As a resort, we do not deal with physical product shipments; however, we provide services such as accommodation, food, and experiences. The following Shipping and Delivery Policy applies to the services we offer.
1. Booking Confirmation
Upon confirming your booking with us, you will receive an email containing your booking details. This includes the date of arrival, booking confirmation number, payment receipt (if applicable), and additional information about your stay, including the amenities and services you have reserved. No physical products are shipped to guests.
2. Accommodation Delivery
Accommodation bookings are based on availability and the room type you select at the time of booking. Once your booking is confirmed, you can check in at our resort on the specified date and time. Our check-in time is typically after 2:00 PM, and check-out is 12:00 PM (local time). Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
3. Food and Beverage Services
Our resort provides food and beverage services as part of the stay experience. Upon arrival, you can enjoy meals at our restaurant or opt for in-room dining services. No physical product delivery is involved; all meals are served at the resort during your stay. Guests can choose from a wide range of culinary options, and our team will ensure timely service to enhance your experience.
4. Event and Activity Bookings
If you have booked any additional services, such as resort activities, spa treatments, or special events during your stay, the delivery of these services will occur at the scheduled time on the date of your booking. You will receive a reminder prior to the scheduled activity, and no physical items will be delivered.
5. No Physical Products Delivered
As a resort, we do not engage in the shipping or delivery of physical products (such as merchandise or goods). The services we offer are related to accommodation, experiences, and dining at the resort. Guests are encouraged to inquire directly for information on packages, events, or services available during their stay.
6. Special Requests for Deliveries (If Applicable)
In case you have special requests, such as specific items or additional amenities for your stay (like flowers, gifts, etc.), we may assist in arranging these services for you.
